God's Word is Powerful

2Timothy3:16
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is
 true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.  It corrects
us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.


Prayer:
May Your truth O Lord, be revealed by your light.  May you and you alone be magnified and blessed, and that You alone recive all
Glory, honour and praise.  I pray Lord, that Your Holy Word be
listened to, read and obeyed.  May You, O Lord,prepare us and equip us through Your Word, to do that which you want us to do.
Let your light shine through the Scriptures.

1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood,a holy nation.  His own special
people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of the darkness
into His marvelous light.

Prayer:
O Lord, I pray that your light will shine on those who are in the throws of darkness
and despair.  Touch them, O Lord, with your shining light helping them beyond
despair and darkness into that wonderful light giving strength and comfort.
